Shipping & returns
Pepita t will inform the client of the cost of each shipment at the time of making the purchase. This varies depending on the destination, size and / or weight of the package, although in most cases they do not exceed 2 Kgs. In this case the applicable rates are:
National and Portugal: free
Balearic Islands: 7 euros
Canary Islands and Melilla: 10 euros *
Ceuta: 21 euros *
Europe: 25 euros *
Other destinations: contact us.
* The clients of these localities must take into account and take charge of the corresponding customs taxes.
Pepita t prepares the orders from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., once the payment has been confirmed. If we receive your purchase outside of these hours or during a Sunday or non-working day, Pepita t will ship it the next working day by urgent courier so that it arrives as soon as possible.
Domestic shipments: 1-3 business days
Shipments to Europe: 5 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The Pepita t online store works with a well-marked return policy and established in the contract conditions. This refund policy can only be applied to any product sold through the Pepita t online store.
To request a return or a change, contact us by mail to email@example.com within a period not exceeding 14 calendar days following the date of receipt of the product.
Pepita t reserves the right to refuse refunding if it considers that the items have been damaged, dirtied or used. Neither will be accepted the returns of unpaid packages paid on delivery.
* Items cannot be exchanged if they are sold out.

CASES IN WHICH THE COST OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE REFUNDED
- Error in sending.
- Error in the sent product.
- Tare or defect in the product.
- The product does not meet your expectations.
- Returned products must include the original full labels and packaging.
- Attach the invoice or a copy of the invoice in case of returning part of the order.
Important: Until Pepita t receives the item, it is the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is approved, the customer will receive the amount in the same manner in which he made the payment. The customer will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to his account.
Shipping costs must not be paid by the customer who wishes to make the return except in case 4 above. In case the sent article would like to be returned for a change of size, Pepita t would assume the total cost of the shipment for its change and/or return only once.
Pepita t will be responsible for the shipment of the product with the new size requested, as well as the collection of the previous product (only within the Peninsula). It is very important for the client that, in case of requesting a change of size, indicate the correct one since Pepita t will only be responsible for the costs of a return.
